Vice Sports was able to tell the story no skate media outlet would or could, the story of Brian Anderson's coming out. It's pretty gut wrenching to think about a guy not feeling like he can live the way he wants to. It's understandable that he would want to keep his personal life personal and let his skating take center stage. I'm glad he feels like he can be out now and hope others feel like skateboarding is an inclusive place where they can be out too.
