Saying that seeing photos in Dashawn’s interview from Thrasher will RUIN the videopart is fucking sad, guys. Is that how you see magazines nowadays? An annoying thing that ruins the fun?

I'm a video guy. I think the video is the most important thing. I like magazines and photos, but I think when a photo comes first, it can rob a video or trick of it's impact.

Dashawn had a Thrasher interview when he was on Business & Company where he didn't mention his board sponsor at all. I'm stoked he has a better sponsorship situation now. He seems like a really good guy based on his Thrasher interview. He said he was always into singing and music since he was a little kid so this isn't some new interest. The music in his Toy Machine part didn't work. It was an OK song for an oldies style tune, but it didn't fit at all with anything he was doing. His new part was great.

Having a photo out before the video or vice versa doesn't ruin anything. It gives your mind two different points to connect, which makes a trick even more memorable.

This episode covered a lot of different ground. I never have the time to check everything out any more.

Did Air ride a couple of very good songs into getting people to think their albums are great? I gave them a re-listen a while back and they were completely underwhelming.
