You can pre-register for a access to Norfolk's new Northside skatepark. Norfolk residents like me are stoked. Everyone else is bummed. No official opening date has been set but it's looking like the first weekend in October.

Fees:

Norfolk Residents	FREE
Non-residents (Youth ages 17 & under)	$25 annually
Non-residents (Adults)	$50 annually

I stopped by Northside today and it looks like they haven't done much with the park accept put a fence and guard house up and sweep away the gravel.
