The Last Resort video was pretty good. I did watch it once and it was cool to see the variety of skaters on the team.
From all the old comments on Vert Is Dead about Jamie Mosberg, having him as his dad does Cruise no favors. I personally have no problems with Jamie and like his work, but that's not what the peanut gallery thinks. Cruise's interview in Thrasher was great.
Isaac was wearing a Hum shirt while skating to them. Former Fourstar/Art Dump designer Andy Mueller took the band photo on their You'd Prefer An Astronaut album. This is too big of a coincidence.
It will be interesting to see what Village PM can do. I'm not sure I like how the first batch looks, but everybody has to start somewhere. I support the idea of more skater owned footwear brands.
New Balance does have that feel that they are a skateboard company. Jason also worked at Fallen and gave me a couple pairs of shoes once.
