Weren't we making fun of roof skating at this time last year?

Was it the last Satan's Drano video that had way too many unknown teenagers rolling off of roofs? It's not enjoyable to watch so of course that's what the kids want to do.

As I said a couple weeks ago, Hockey feels way better right now. They have perfected their aesthetic.

The main song in Ville's part was by Everyone Asked About You. They were a band in the late 1990s from Little Rock who recorded a few singles and an album before going their separate ways. Numero Group reissued all their songs on a double LP last year and they played a few shows. I used to eat lunch with a couple of the members every day back when I was at grad school. Their drummer is also in The Body. Nike did pay them for the music, too.

Ville on Palace with death metal graphic'd wheels for Spitfire is such an odd pairing.

I'm almost positive the Mark Gonzales is a different guy with the same name as the Gonz. I noticed the name the last time I watched one of the videos. The one kid isn't Louie Lopez, his name is Louis Lopez.

Is Skate Mental out of business? Kevin Terpening has a new company called Swim going now, too.
