I’m glad you addressed not reading. I’ve reached a point where I simply don’t have the time to read a book. I wish I did, but it’s not there. Part of it is my job as a graphic designer means I’m looking at words all day so there isn’t much appeal to do that at home. I read a couple newspapers every day and I try to at least flip through art magazines, but I don’t do a good job at it. I even acknowledge I’m not doing a good job with the art mags and that if I had to take a test, I’d get a C, but at least I’m trying. I'm not framing this as the importance of passing a test, I'm thinking more in terms of reading comprehension. When I do wind up with free time and sit down to properly read an article, it always feels nice.

Sebadoh's III, The Pixies Trompe Le Monde, and A Tribe Called Quest's Low End Theory also came out in 1991 during the same span a few other big records dropped. I was curious about what else came out after seeing a meme with a few popular tapes I don't care about being released in August and September of 1991.

I guess no skateboarding this week. Oh, wait. Gerwer kickflipping Wallenberg.
