I get Daniel Wheatley and Slap's Mark Whiteley mixed up.

I watched a little of Soul Crusher. I'll maybe check out the rest of it soon since it's only 22 minutes long. I wanted to see the Mingus Gamble footage since he had a recent Firing Line in Thrasher. The credits were great, but the jumble of skaters was confusing at times.

I really like Patrick's point about the more subtle influences having a bigger impact than the big name hyped stuff.

Praying Mantises are super rare these days in my town. Definitely cool.

Pontus has said he hated that song. Mad Circle's legacy is a puzzling entity. A fresh company that had some kind of basic jock/bro vibes before unceremoniously fizzling out.

I think in a way the elder Steve Olson had a bigger influence on skateboarding than Alex. It's different eras that are hard to compare, especially when they are before our time.

Happy 19th anniversary to Mostly.
