I can't read French, so I don't know the details of this clip, but it is French Canadian dudes ripping.

ULC is a Quebec City based skate crew/company doing good things. That clip is a clip for the DLX shop in Quebec (not affiliated with the famous SF DLX crew bit certainly inspired by). All the footage takes place in Quebec. Good spots all around
