Point Cloud could've been a 7-9 minute Florida tour video edit. Use some of the weird AI monsters for titles, a smidge of the kiddie music, some real songs, and cut the filler. It's on par with any of those terrible 90s skateboard videos full of pressure flips and goofy boy jeans. The video wasn't edgy, it was uncomfortable. Not in way to provoke a response of some kind, it simply wasn't very well done as a whole.

Spirit Quest put animations over skateboarders at a fraction of the cost and it looked a million times better.

Blockhead used a children's song in Splendid Eye Torture and it was fun. This video wasn't fun.

There's an interview with Harmony Korine in Art In America from a couple of years ago. It could be online at the mag's website. He talked about his painting and movie making. I don't remember any skateboarding, but there might have been. I'm not overly impressed with any of his work so he's got two strikes on him automatically for anything he does.

I have little faith there will be any sort of good solution for Embarcadero. That's just how things are now.
