Sci-Fi has been using some odd, ambient music. Akwasi Owusu had an unusual tune, too. I think I am fine with it. Given their overall aesthetic, it sounds exactly like what they look like. It's kind of a departure from the music you usually associate with the team or skateboard videos.
I watched Arin's part twice. First go round there seemed to be too much flip to a stop skating as if it was 1993. Second time was better, although there's a little too much slow motion on some of the landings. My trivial complaints aside, Arin did a bunch of cool tricks and deserves the pro nod.
You forgot Corey Glick. I'm still ticked off he left Foundation.
Boards were so small back then. The lengths are surprising as I don't remember decks being short. It was a chore to find 8" x 32"s at times in those years.
Patrick reminded me of something about New Balance and why I'm undecided on the shoes. From taking pictures of bands playing in the middle 00s, the N is reflective on some of the shoes and you'd end up with an ugly glowing logo in your photos.
I'm not overly impressed with Tom Knox. The skating was good, but boring. Plus he jumps off rooftops. Him on Krooked feels so-so. Krooked has gotten to be too big of an entity from where it started. Dickies is such a strange company. The name is awkward and the clothes are kind of ugly. Definitely not for me.
Yes to including as much info as possible to provide context. There's a whole bunch of stuff I hate where a photo gets cropped or there isn't a date/credit. I've come to loathe Instagram, but the jerseys account does sound cool.
