I also enjoy the People I’ve Known articles in Thrasher. Gerwer’s one was great. I’m glad they brought it back as a regular feature because they’ve done variations on the concept occasionally over the years.
Heath’s motorcycle driving kind of explains why he skates the way he does.
In retrospect, Big Brother interviews were kind of the worst. Sure they talked to a ton of different skaters, especially the more under the radar ams, but when I’ll reread them, there’s next to no usable information.
