I got the above screen shot from page 11 of the latest issue of Norfolk's Good Times Magazine. The important information is that starting July 1st, Northside Skatepark will be free, unmanned and open sunrise to sunset. No word on helmets... Thanks to Brendan for finding this gem.

Northside Free At Last
