More Skatepark News

It looks like the Norfolk park is getting an extra $150,000 but some of the rules seem kinda weird. South Hill is going to discuss the idea of getting a skatepark so locals down there should definitely show up and have their voices heard.

Not an extra 150,000, just the final appropriation of the prior agreed upon amount. Its just the way the government works, agree what to do, set aside some of the money to do it, wait until the rest is set aside, then actually start.

Ahhh the government. Watch it that they don't use the money to fund a new baseball field that never gets built. I've seen it happen a few times...and I am sure you have as well.
