I need to watch the Quasi video. Rizzo skated to Silver Apples, a synth band from the late 60s with a cult following. I don't really know them, just the name. I settled for the highlights on Quartersnacks. Some day.

Bobby never has footage in the main Quasi videos. Check the tapes. He always drops a solo part sooner or later.

Gonz got annoyed with Rocco so he bounced.

Too many skaters were either retired by their board sponsor or thought they should retire well before they should have in the 1990s. It was a faulty industry norm. I think your peak athletic years are mid 20s to mid 30s. Arbitrarily phasing somebody out at 23 is stupid. You're about a year or two from entering your prime years at that point. Once skateboarding figured out you could keep skating for as long as you want, things got way better.

Jason's tiers of retirement was awesome.
