I think Reese Forbes was the one who introduced physical fitness into skateboarding. I believe Huf was a runner and that influenced people. I'm trying to think of others. We can't forget famous NSA trainer and Transworld columnist Barry Zaritzky. Salba is known for his stretching routine, too. I need to start doing some more and different physical activities. I'm getting old and probably need to start taking better care of myself. I like walking. Ideally I'll skate and get a walk in for the day.

I've been meaning to dig up the old videos for some Jimmy Lannon parts.

Can't go wrong with Tim Mckenney. Does Dedication have that part where Wade Speyer destroys a spine ramp?
