This week, Mike is stoked on getting that story done and all the help from sources. Going to Montana and skating some controversial Evergreen Parks, NBA free agency, skating the mall at the U of M with friends. Surviving new Thunder Trucks.
Maddie is stoked on a new board shape, her new work camera, and skating with her girlfriend this long holiday weekend.
Templeton is stoked on Adobe Premiere’s ability to do transcriptions and edit from those transcripts.

I also like print media, but never have the time to read so I'm reluctant to add more to the stacks. I'll buy stuff, but it mostly goes unread. I need to check out Mess.

All this newsroom talk makes me miss working for a paper. They do everything remote now so I haven't felt like freelancing. In my years since leaving and working as a graphic designer, I've picked up overall editing and layout skills. If print wasn't dead, I think I could run a magazine or newspaper.

Coincidentally, I pulled out the two issues of the Berrics the other day and before listening to the podcast. The mag was kind of a continuation of Warp or Stance with short articles and big photos that were either of skateboarding or things skateboarders might be into.

If I get the time I'll check out the Nike video. I don't get that company.

A-1 Meats am George Karr had some sideburns. Patrick Melcher, too.
