There was this guy, 3-Wheelin' Johnny, who'd cruise around our neighborhood on his 3-wheel bike (sporting a big, orange flag), and if you talk to him, he'd start ramblin' about going to IHOP and putting syrup in your shoes. Whenever we'd skate by him, we would fall and act like we were seriously hurt. He'd get all worked up and start talking real fast, but he would never help us. He was too focused on going to IHOP and getting syrup in his shoes.
